1. Service description
Disney Transfer provides private chauffeur transfer services between Paris airports (Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais-Tillé), Paris train stations, Paris city locations, and Disneyland Paris area hotels.
2. Booking and confirmation
Bookings can be made through our website at disneytransfer.com. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse a booking if the requested service is not available.
3. Prices and payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Euros and include all taxes. Prices are fixed and all-inclusive — no hidden fees apply, even in the event of traffic delays or flight delays.
Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the ride. We accept:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via contactless terminal
- Apple Pay
- Cash (exact amount appreciated)
A night surcharge of 15€ applies for transfers between 22:00 and 06:00.
4. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. After this deadline, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price may apply. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
5. Flight tracking
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real time. In case of delay, your driver will adjust their arrival time automatically at no extra cost.
6. Child seats
Baby seats (0-2 years), child seats, and booster seats (3-12 years) are provided free of charge upon request. Please specify your requirements when booking.
7. Luggage
Standard luggage is included in the price. For oversized items (surfboards, bicycles, etc.), please contact us in advance.
8. Waiting time
For airport arrivals, a 60-minute free waiting period begins from the actual landing time. For hotel/address pickups, a 15-minute grace period applies.
9. Liability
Disney Transfer is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, accidents, weather, airport closures). We carry professional liability insurance and passenger insurance for all transfers.

We collect the following personal data when you make a booking:

Your data is used exclusively to:
- Process and manage your transfer booking
- Communicate with you about your transfer (confirmation, driver details)
- Track your flight for airport pickups
- Improve our services
4. Data sharing
Your personal data is shared only with:
- Our drivers, for the purpose of providing your transfer
- EmailJS (email delivery service) for sending booking confirmations
- Firebase (Google) for secure data storage
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
Your booking data is retained for a maximum of 24 months after your transfer date. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
