How to Get from CDG Airport to Disneyland Paris: The Complete 2026 Guide

Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is the main international gateway to Paris, and Disneyland Paris is just 40 km away. But choosing the right transfer can make or break your family's first impression of the trip. Here's everything you need to know.

Option 1: Magical Shuttle Bus

The official Magical Shuttle costs around 24€ per adult and takes 45-60 minutes. However, it runs on a fixed schedule, you may have to wait up to an hour, and there's no guarantee of seating together as a family. Luggage space is shared, and there are no child seats provided.

Option 2: Train (RER B + RER A / TGV)

You can take the RER B to Paris then the RER A to Marne-la-Vallée, but this involves multiple changes, stairs with luggage, and takes 60-90 minutes. With children and suitcases, this is stressful and exhausting after a long flight.

Option 3: Taxi

A standard taxi from CDG to Disneyland costs 60-90€ depending on traffic, with no fixed price guarantee. Most taxis don't offer child seats, and the vehicles are standard cars with limited luggage space for families.

Option 4: Private Transfer with Disney Transfer

A private Mercedes transfer starts from just 75€ for up to 3 passengers. Your English-speaking driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board, helps with your luggage, and drives you directly to your Disney hotel door in 35-40 minutes.

What makes Disney Transfer special: Our Mercedes V-Class features onboard TV to keep children entertained with their favourite shows, a starlight ceiling with LED lights that create a magical atmosphere during the ride, and free child seats (baby, child, and booster) on every booking. Your Disneyland magic starts the moment you land.

Why families choose private transfers

After a long flight, the last thing your family needs is to navigate public transport with heavy suitcases and tired children. A private transfer means:

The Magic Experience: Onboard TV, Starlight Ceiling & Luxury Transfer to Disneyland Paris

At Disney Transfer, we believe the magic should start before you even reach the parks. That's why we created the Magic Experience — a luxury transfer in our specially equipped Mercedes V-Class.

Onboard TV entertainment your kids will love

Long flights are tiring, especially for little ones. Our onboard TV keeps children entertained during the 35-40 minute ride from the airport to Disneyland Paris. Put on their favourite Disney movie and watch them light up — it's the perfect way to build excitement before arriving at the parks.

A starlight ceiling that amazes the whole family

Step into the van and see hundreds of tiny LED lights twinkling above like a night sky. Our starlight ceiling transforms a simple airport transfer into an unforgettable experience. Many parents tell us it's one of the highlights of their children's trip.

Spacious Mercedes V-Class

The Mercedes V-Class is specifically designed for families. With up to 8 seats, generous legroom, and ample luggage space, everyone travels in comfort. No cramped taxis, no fighting for space on a shuttle bus.

Free child seats — always

Safety is our top priority. We provide baby seats (0-2 years), child seats, and booster seats completely free of charge. Just tell us what you need when booking, and everything will be installed and ready when your driver picks you up.

The Magic Experience is available for just 10€ more than a standard transfer. For a CDG to Disneyland transfer, that's just 85€ for up to 3 passengers — a small price for an unforgettable start to your Disney holiday.

Getting to Disneyland Paris from Orly and Beauvais Airports

While CDG is the most popular airport for Disney visitors, many families fly into Orly or Beauvais — especially with budget airlines like Ryanair and EasyJet. Here's how to get to Disneyland from each.

From Paris Orly Airport

Orly is located south of Paris, about 55 km from Disneyland Paris. The journey takes approximately 45-50 minutes by private transfer. There is no direct public transport link — you would need to take the OrlyVal to the RER B, change to the RER A, and the whole journey takes 90+ minutes with luggage.

With Disney Transfer, a private transfer from Orly to Disneyland starts from 90€ for up to 3 passengers, with the same Mercedes comfort, starlight ceiling option, and free child seats.

From Beauvais-Tillé Airport

Beauvais is the furthest airport from Disneyland Paris, located 130 km away. It's popular with Ryanair flights. The only public transport option is a bus to Paris Porte Maillot (75 minutes), then navigating the RER to Disneyland — a 2.5 to 3 hour journey with children and luggage.

Our private transfer from Beauvais to Disneyland takes about 90 minutes and starts from 160€. After a budget flight, the comfort of a private Mercedes with TV and a starlight ceiling is the perfect contrast.

Pro tip: Book a round trip to save money. We offer preferential rates for return journeys. And remember — all our vehicles come with free child seats, free WiFi, and your price is fixed regardless of traffic or delays.

10 Tips for Travelling to Disneyland Paris with Children

Planning a family trip to Disneyland Paris? Here are our top tips from years of helping thousands of families make the journey.

1. Book your airport transfer in advance

Don't leave it to chance. Pre-booking a private transfer means your driver is waiting for you when you land — no queues, no stress. Your children go straight from the plane to a comfortable Mercedes with their favourite show on the TV.

2. Request child seats when booking

French law requires appropriate child restraints. At Disney Transfer, baby seats, child seats, and boosters are free on every booking. Just select what you need and they'll be installed and ready.

3. Keep your phone charged and WhatsApp on

Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp when you land. Make sure your phone is charged and WhatsApp notifications are on. We also send your driver's details by email before your trip.

4. Allow extra time for luggage

With children, collecting luggage always takes longer than expected. Don't worry — your driver tracks your flight in real time and has a 60-minute free waiting period from landing.

5. Pack snacks for the drive

The transfer from CDG takes about 35-40 minutes. Having a few snacks ready keeps little ones happy. And with our starlight ceiling and TV, the ride becomes part of the fun.

6. Travel during off-peak for better prices

Our transfer prices are the same year-round, but Disney park tickets and hotels are cheaper during weekdays and outside school holidays. A Tuesday in September can save you hundreds compared to a Saturday in August.

7. Tell your driver your hotel name

Your driver will drop you right at the entrance of your Disney hotel. Make sure the hotel name is on your booking so there's no confusion.

8. Night transfers cost a little more

Transfers between 22:00 and 06:00 have a small 15€ night surcharge. If your flight arrives late, it's still the safest and most comfortable option for your family.

9. Book a round trip

Don't forget the return journey! Booking a round trip in advance means you have one less thing to worry about. We offer preferential round-trip rates.

10. Pay at the end of the ride

No prepayment stress. You pay your driver directly at the end of the transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash. The price you see when booking is the price you pay — guaranteed.
